Job Description
- 5 days work week (Office hour)
- Salary $3000 above
- Medical benefit, claims etc.
- Location: Woodlands
- To handle reservations from multiple channels, following standardized procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Working closely with bookers, hotels, and sales teams for a seamless pre-arrival process.
- Provide customers with informed and personalized interactions by keeping promotions and hotel details up-to-date.
- Maximize opportunities by applying upselling strategies and ensuring compliance with departmental policies.
- Providing support as required to management.
