Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in reservation management or a related role.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and invoicing software.

:1. Reservation Management:

• Handle reservation requests from clients for various travel services, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking of travel arrangements.

2. Invoicing and Billing:

• Generate invoices and receipts for confirmed reservations.
• Verify payment details and process transactions in accordance with company policies.

3. Client Communication:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide reservation confirmation details.
• Communicate any changes or updates related to reservations.

4. Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized records of reservations, invoices, and payment transactions.
• Keep track of available inventory and availability.
