- Working days & hours: 5 days, 8:45am - 5:45pm
- Salary: $2300 - $3000
- Working location: Tanjong Pagar
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in reservation management or a related role.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and invoicing software.
1. Reservation Management:
- Handle reservation requests from clients for various travel services, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of travel arrangements.
- Generate invoices and receipts for confirmed reservations.
- Verify payment details and process transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide reservation confirmation details.
- Communicate any changes or updates related to reservations.
- Maintain organized records of reservations, invoices, and payment transactions.
- Keep track of available inventory and availability.
