Job Description

JOB SCOPE Reservation Executive will assist the Front Office Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling room reservation operations in the Hotel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist to ensure JOB SCOPE Reservation Executive will assist the Front Office Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling room reservation operations in the Hotel. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist to ensure effective booking processes and consistent follow through on guest bookings. 2.Ensure that the Front Desk staff, Reservation Agents are kept up to date with information concerning the Hotel and department. 3. Assist to deliver good customer service at the pint of booking with both telephone and email reservations. 4.Handle all incoming mails for reservations and highlights the important requirements and information before passing on to the Front Desk staff and Reservation Agent for processing. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Possess at least a Diploma/Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations Management. 2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience in processing reservation. 3. Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Strong ability to work independently and as well as a team member.
