Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:
Engage with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and special requests.
Assess the specific requirements for events such as catering, seating arrangements, and any special accommodations.
Oversee the planning process, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered, including timing, transportation, and setup.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Design and arrange the physical layout in the restaurant, including seating, tables, and decorations.
Maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and manage orders and deliveries.
* Having a basic understanding of wine can be beneficial
