The Role

, you'll be the heartbeat of our space -- ensuring our facilities are spotless, our guests are welcomed warmly, and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you're handing someone a fresh towel, checking the sauna temperature, or simply offering a friendly smile, your work directly impacts our guests' well-being and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Cleanliness & Operations

Maintain cleanliness of all areas: sauna, ice bath, hot bath, locker rooms, and common spaces. Monitor and clean water features, ensuring proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation. Sanitize surfaces and ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.

Towel & Supplies Management

Oversee towel circulation: distribution, collection, and laundry coordination. Keep stock of clean towels and restock when necessary.

Guest Experience & Front Desk

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in. Handle questions about our space, services, and packages. Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager.

Facility Monitoring

Check sauna and bath temperatures throughout the day. Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly. Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with fellow team members to deliver a seamless guest experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Who You Are

Friendly, responsible, and eager to create positive energy. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation. Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully. Comfortable with basic tech (e.g., point-of-sale and facility software). Able to perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting towels, moving supplies). Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.

Work Environment

You'll be active and on your feet in various temperature-controlled environments (sauna, cold pool, etc.). Must be available for shifts including weekends and holidays.
