POSITION SUMMARY

Assist in daily operations of The W Residences. He/she will ensure seamless and consistent service delivery, follow-ups and maintain accurate records of Resident/Owner requests on a list of Director-approved services, coordinating with various hotel departments, 3rd party vendors, as well as the onsite management office and the outsourced teams. He/she will actively learn about residential operation, and support synergy between the different roles within the residential services team during his/her respective shift.

Operational Requirements

• Maintaining control of access for tenants/owners into the Residences.
• Moving-in / outs orientations for new tenants/owners.
• Process service requests/orders via residential services provided by hotel services
• Receive, log, and notify residents of all deliveries via resident portal.
• Liaising with external party vendors contractors.
• Maintain communication with MCST and Owning Developer.
• Manage buggy services on daily operations.
• Manage breakfast-to-go on daily basis
• Assist Assistant Managers/Senior Concierge on daily operations when required.
• Enrolling tenants/owners for Marriott Bonvoy programme.
• Organizing social events and functions for residents and owners.
• Attend to daily resident requests for restaurants/hotel reservations, concert, theatre tickets, driving directions, and all other concierge tasks.
• Arrange hotel reservations for residents around Marriott properties.
• Assist when required on emergency plans when appropriate.
• Main focus is to ensure that the residents are privileged to receiving W brand experiences through daily interactions, periodic events, special privileges to W Singapore services etc.
