Responsibilities

Lead and supervise architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on architectural and site matters Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of works Ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory requirements Prepare inspection reports, documentation, and records as required Assist the Employer, Senior Resident Architect (SRA), and Consultants in supervising architectural and related works Support the Employer, SRA, and Consultants in managing the project, including progress monitoring, quality assurance, cost/variation control, and EHS compliance Monitor and coordinate contractors' architectural works to facilitate TOP, project completion, handover, and CSC inspections Identify and report critical or major issues, propose solutions, and escalate as necessary to the Employer, SRA, and Consultants Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and direct vendors to resolve technical or interfacing issues Report directly to the SRA and assume his responsibilities during periods of absence

Requirements

Minimum

8 years of architectural experience

with a

Degree in a relevant field

At least

5 years of construction supervision experience

for projects of similar scale and complexity in the local context Must be dedicated full-time on site,

from at least 6 months before BSC until CWW is obtained

Good track recordManaging consultant's site staff team, together with the Senior Resident Architect (SRA), to project completion and handover, ensuring compliance with regulations & client requirements Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * LTA Projects experiences added an advantage
