Resident Architect
Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.
Minimum 10 years' relevant site working experience.
The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.
Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.

Familiarity with handover and defect inspection processes for large scale institutional/infrastructure projects.
