This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering learning and engagement programs for children, youth, and adults. It is a capacity-building position within the performing arts sector, ideal for recent graduates. The position requires a full-time, 24-month commitment and is open to Singapore citizens only.
The Resident will report to Head of Centre for Creative Learning (CCL) :
Support planning and delivery of CCL programs.
Assist with planning program schedules and registration.
Liaising with clients, i.e. schools, participants, community partners.
Provide assistance in facilitator support.
Support Front of House duties and SRT events as required.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in early childhood education, arts management, or a related field.
Experience in organising workshops or working with children and youth is advantageous.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects or events.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced and evolving environment.
Willingness to work on weekends or evenings, depending on events/program schedules.
