Job Description
Prerequisites
- Registered RE with IES/ACES (C&S)
- LTA Experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the RTOs in performing their supervisory duties
- Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations
- Maintain proper site records including (but not limited to) site attendance, leave records, overtime records, inspections checklists, instrumentation & monitoring etc.
- Review Contractor's submissions, method statements and inspection test plans
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site discrepancies through Non-Conformance memos and follow up with contractor’s corrective/preventive actions
- Attend site meetings and be a vanguard for site safety
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience. Those with LTA experience will have an advantage
