Being the pioneer in the \xef\xac\x81eld of Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) material, VEngineers works closely with key industry players to develop both structural and non-structural applications of UHPC. UHPC is a class of concrete with compressive strength exceeding 120 MPa. With an unrivalled combination of ductility, strength, durability, and aesthetics, UHPC is ideal for lightweight and complex architectural structures. To date, VEngineers has successfully developed several industrial applications for UHPC including prefabricated bathroom units, facades and claddings. These applications provide solutions to increase productivity, enhance cost-effectiveness and overcome construction challenges. In 2020, VEngineers Consultancy Pte Ltd was incorporated to support the growth plan of the Company. With the restructuring of the consultancy business from VEngineers to VEngineers Consultancy Pte Ltd, the new entity is well-positioned to expand into new geographical areas and widen its service and product offerings.

About the role

The role reports directly to the Team Lead and is responsible to support the Professional Engineers / the Engineer Team on drafting for authorities\' submissions and conducting site supervision and inspection as RTO/RE. The candidate is also required to conduct site inspection. The job scope includes but will not be limited to:

• Drafting for authorities\' submissions such as household shelter, external works submission, temporary works provision and the like;
• Performing authorities\' submissions through Corenet System;
• Coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, consultants and contractors for projects;
• Supervise and inspect construction works; and
• Carry out site inspection, periodic structural inspection, and the like, and prepare reports for submission to authorities / Clients.

Requirements of this role include:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized Institution;
• Certified Residential Engineer / Resident Technical Officer or have the relevant qualification and experience to apply for RE or RTO.
• Familiar with CAD and able to draft authority submissions independently
• Preferably with at least 3 years of site experience. Fresh graduate who is driven and eager to learn is welcome to apply.
