Resident Technical Officer (architectural)
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all architectural activities within the assigned projects.
Ensure that construction operations align with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Analyze architectural drawings and document any necessary engineering adjustments.
Engage in collaborative efforts with architectural consultants to maintain project integrity.
Perform site inspections and evaluate project samples to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
A recognized qualification in building or architectural disciplines.
Valid registration as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
Experience with projects related to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) is preferred.
Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective design coordination is advantageous.
At least two years of relevant experience in a similar RTO capacity.
