Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of Architectural and C&S works for the A&A works to staff housing blocks
Ensure construction compliance to local Codes, Building Control Regulations and Standards
To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards
Maintain and update site records on project progress
Inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing material delivered to site
Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)

Possess Diploma in C&S Engineering / Building/ Architecture / Architectural Technology
Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES
Minimum 5 years experience as RTO on local projects
Experience in supervision of similar residential project would be added advantage
Contract Period : estimated 38 months
Commencement Date : estimated Nov 2020
