We are currently recruiting for Resident Technical Officer (Civil & Structural) to join our new exciting project. :

• Assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
• Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards, ensure safety on site
• Maintain and update site records on project progress
• Inspect and monitor quality of works delivered or constructed on site
• Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements

• Recognised Technician Diploma or ITC Certificate (Higher NITEC/NITEC) in Civil/Structural Engineering or National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS)
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid RTO Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in precast building construction and minor infrastructure works
• Experience in supervision of Civil & Structural and Architectural works
• Possess Precast Concrete Construction Supervision Certificates issued by BCA Academy will have an added advantage
• Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will have an added advantage
