Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor\xe2\x80\x99s method statements, installation and working procedures
- Submit daily/weekly reports
- To supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor\xe2\x80\x99s method statements, installation and working procedures
- To monitor contractors\xe2\x80\x99 schedules, day works, site progress, etc.
- To keep and review records of works including materials, samples, site equipment, inspections, test reports and ensure proper documentation
- To observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner;
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
- Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ ACES
- At least 5 years of site supervision experience as Resident Technical Officer.
