Job Description
Responsibilities
- To supervise Addition and Alteration Works and Restoration Works to Two (2) Conservation Buildings and One (1) Three-Storey Building at Istana for a period of 36 months
- To supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control at site
- To ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor\xe2\x80\x99s method statements, installation and working procedures
- To ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices
- To monitor contractors\xe2\x80\x99 schedules, day works, site progress, etc
- At least 5 years of site supervision experience as Resident Technical Officer.
- Preferably with good knowledge and experience in A&A works, conservation trade and restoration techniques.
- Experienced in Architectural stage in projects involved
- Would be tasked in supervision of C&S and Architectural works,
- To observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner;
