Location of work: Novena Project duration: 3years

Monday to Friday: 0830hrs to 1730hrs Saturday: 0830hrs to 1230hrs

Responsibilities:

Resident Technical Officer (RTO) services for the Proposed Additional and Alteration (A&A) and the system upgrading works of the Air-conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) and Oxygen piped System
Ensure that the proposed A&A system upgrading works of the ACMV and Oxygen piped System meet the local authorities, health Technical Memorandum 2022 requirements and consultants design and material specifications.
Be the site coordinator/control/ear and eye for the PM / S.O. for any other ongoing A&A works that are running concurrently throughout the period of service engagement. Should there be any non-compliance, violation and Safety / Fire Hazard, RTO shall take necessary reasonably action and report to PM/S.O

Requirements:

RTO must understand clearly the level of supervision expected for all structural and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
3 years relevant experience.
Register with IES.
