Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical & Electrical works for the A&A works to staff housing blocks
Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site
Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards
Maintain and update site records on project progress
Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site
Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)

Possess at least a Diploma in (M&E) Engineering/ Building
Registered resident technical officer with IES / ACES
Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO on local project
Experience in supervision of similar residential project would be added advantage
Contract Period : estimated 38 months
Commencement Date : estimated Nov 2020
