Job Description


  • Singapore Based (Office at Pioneer / May need working at site (Island Wide))
  • 5 / 5.5 Days work per week (9am to 6pm)
  • RTO Certification is a must + Must be able to read Architectural drawings and window schedules
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in aluminum windows/doors or 3 years main contractor experience in construction industry

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise projects assigned and responsible for meeting project budgets, site safety, work quality and timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare delivery and installation schedules and submit to customers where necessary.
  • Manage and supervise resources deployed on site (manpower, materials, tools and equipment);
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors\' works at project worksites to ensure quality and timely completion of works.
  • Prepare and issue job orders to production plant and coordinate with the plant manager to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
  • Plan and schedule installation works at project worksites to ensure that installation schedules are met.
  • Attend regular technical and coordination meetings with customers, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives at project worksites for technical submissions, safety matters and related work activities.
  • Work with the production and fabrication managers for submission of material samples to customers and consultants for approvals.
  • Work with designers for submission of shop-drawings, material specifications and work method statements to customers and consultants for approval.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, architects and consultants.
  • Manage site personnel including supervisors, workers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site safety at project worksites and ensure works carried out by workers and subcontractors are in accordance with Safe Work Practices and ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit fortnightly progress reports and assist quantity surveyors in submission of monthly progress claims for work done on site.
  • Assist quantity surveyors to verify claims submitted by subcontractors at month end for work done on site.
  • Assist quantity surveyors in variation claims and provide records on instructions from customers and consultants, site photographs and relevant records to support variation claims; and
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
