About the Role

As a key member of our site team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Review and endorse all drawings from authorities and contractors. Provide necessary endorsements as required by relevant authorities. Supervise all site works, including civil, architectural, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and sewer systems. Oversee full-time supervision for new building erection works Coordinate with contractors, QP(S), QP(D), agencies, interfacing contractors, and consultants. Maintain accurate and updated site records, including variation works, inspections, progress reports, and safety compliance. Prepare daily reports on contractor activities and site manpower status. Review and assess formwork structures and support systems; submit evaluation reports endorsed by a PE. Monitor safety, environmental, and health compliance on site. Supervise installation of instrumentation. Perform shift duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer and handle administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Technical Officer. Familiar with extensive A&A works in operational buildings. Strong knowledge of Building Control Act and Regulations; able to maintain systematic site records and reporting. Experience in: Civil works, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewer systems

ERSS (deep excavation), demolition, and reinforced concrete piling works


Supervising architectural works
Registered with IES/BCA as a Resident Technical Officer.
