Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

to join our growing team.


We are seeking a

committed and qualified RTO

who is passionate about ensuring project excellence, compliance, and structural integrity in line with Singapore's high standards of construction and safety.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Civil, Structural, or equivalent from a recognized institution)

MUST possess a valid RTO Certificate

registered with

BCA Singapore

Minimum

5 years

of relevant site supervision experience preferred Strong knowledge of

local construction codes

,

regulatory standards

, and

QMS procedures

Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and liaise professionally with consultants, contractors, and authorities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, safety, and quality standards Prepare and maintain daily site reports and documentation Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve site issues Monitor progress and provide updates to project team and management Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental standards
