Job Description

:

Perform all duties and responsibilities required of a Site Supervisor in accordance with BCA regulations. Supervise and ensure timely execution of works while maintaining strict quality control, ensuring all activities comply with contract specifications, approved drawings, schedules, and site instructions. Inspect the quality of workmanship, materials, and samples delivered to site; initiate corrective actions for any non-compliance and report to the Resident Engineer (RE) or Qualified Person (QP) for materials not meeting specifications. Ensure all structural and Architectural works are executed in full compliance with approved plans. Collaborate with the safety team to maintain the highest safety standards on site. Monitor and ensure compliance with all road lane closure requirements stipulated by the CAAS.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), with experience in supervision of Building & Infra construction works. Able to commence work on short notice. * Prior
