Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site. Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports Familiar with local codes & regulations * Good communication and interpersonal skill
