Job Requirements

Must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES for Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS) registration. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant tunnelling experience in projects similar in nature to the works under the Civil Contract. Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer (Tunnel) [RTO(T)] under the IES/ACES Specialist Accreditation Programme.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all works are carried out safely and to a high quality, in compliance with statutory and project requirements. Assist the RE(T) and SRE(T) in monitoring all site activities Provide supervision for civil and structural works in accordance with project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations. Verify that contractors' work procedures follow approved method statements and safety standards; direct modifications where necessary. Supervise and monitor all tunnelling works. * Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
