As one of Singapore\'s Best Employers 2022, we would like to welcome Resident Technical Officers to join our Water team working on Water Pipeline Networks across the island. Main duties:

• Supervise the execution of the construction works including temporary works for the replacement and diversion of water mains.
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications; including the emergency repair works of any damages on the existing water mains/ pipelines, structures, roads, lands, properties or trees, caused by the water mains replacement and/or diversion work
• Monitor the Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s progress and performance and maintain proper site records of the works
• Take photos of the worksite and update The Client with proper labels through email / WhatsApp on a daily basis
• Inspect/supervise diversion and/or replacement works on a full-time basis progressively at a few worksites concurrently; including night work supervision and supervision on weekends and public holidays, as and when required
• Verifying contractors\xe2\x80\x99 CCTV live video feeds and inspection reports
• Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation, e.g. attendance records of PM, RTO, STO, Professional Engineers, and contractor\xe2\x80\x99s site personnel
• Keep records of diary, record books, schedule of works, records of inspection/checklists and approvals for concreting, test records, test certificates.

Site locations: Aljunied Road, Keppel Road, Shenton Way, Penjuru Road or West Coast Road

Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

• RTO certificate from IES
• Relevant experience in site supervision for any civil engineering work
• Relevant experience in site supervision of civil engineering works associated with water mains/pipelines projects would be an added advantage
