- Report to MCST Council or building sub committee
- Oversee the repainting works for MCST for condo at Upper Thomson
- Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with contract terms as awarded
- Coordinate all interactions with Contractor,MA,residents and other contractors
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in similar industry would be advantegeous
- Provide timely feedback or relevant important matters given to Council as required
- Able to start work immediately
