Responsibilities

Assist SRA/ARA in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and its related works
Monitor the Project including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc
Report any critical and/or major issues to SRA/ARA proposing possible solutions
Liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues
Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work

Requirements

Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architectural Studies from a recognized tertiary institution
Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S/Tunnel) with IES/ACES
At least 15 years site experience with extensive architectural and interior design experience, of which 5 years must be in the LTA tunnel projects
Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress reports
Project Location: Changi East
