Job Description
:
- Ensure supervision and adequate care of residents in the Home.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a holistic care for residents.
- Plan and coordinate the daily routine and programmes for the residents.
- Able to build a strong rapport with these residents and be role models for them.
- Ensure the safety and security of premises.
- Higher Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
- 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in social service setting
- Able to plan and coordinate daily routine, bonding and life skills programmes.
- Able to interact positively with children and youths.
- Able to enforce discipline standards in a fair and respectful manner.
- Good team player with a high level of initiative and independence.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to do rotating shifts.
