:Description :BUTLER - The World\'s Finest Hospitality Group is hiring the following position - Condo Concierge (Residential). The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and will be able to provide exemplary customer service to our condo residents. If you have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: * Welcome and greet residents/guests/tenants in a professional manner.

• Provide quality service to tenants/guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
• Communicate with tenants via email
• Assist in overseeing the general cleanliness of the main lobbies and report to FCC on the breakdown of lifts/escalators
• Assist Fire Safety Manager during fire drills by directing traffic flow
• Assist with requests for transportation
• Arrange for laundry pick up at Level 1(L1) Reception and delivery back to L1 Reception on behalf of residents
• Recommendation of 3rd party vendors (housekeeping, tutors, catering, party planners, babysitting services, pet care, car services, pest control, etc.)
• Wet weather assistance
• Assist with recommendations and reservations at various restaurants, tourists attractions, hotels.

• Minimum experience of 3 years as a Concierge in a hotel or private residence
• GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Levels and above or a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
