PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Listen to homeowners enquiries on interior design services

• Provide consultation on renovation work, costing and interior designing ideas based on homeowner’s requirement

• Meet up with homeowners with proposal including space planning and quotation

• Responsible to supervise work progress, manage projects, job site supervision, so that completed home renovation within the timeline

• Well co-ordinated with suppliers and workers based on schedule and report to homeowners
  

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

• Preferred at least 1 years working experiences in related field.

• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting and materials selection.

• Passion in residential interior design

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantages to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Basic knowledge in AutoCAD is preferable.

• Self-motivated, Responsible and pleasant working attitude

• Creative, independent, willing to learn, love to talk and meticulous

• Able to do multi-task , handle a few projects at the same time

• Able to work at weekend and public holidays, flexible working hours

• Able to travel within Singapore Areas depends on job-site areas, Office at Ubi
