& Requirements
1. Assist all departments, including MOE Kindergarten to prepare
materials and learning resources for all levels lessons, programmes
and activities.
2. Provide support to School wide activities such as admin duty during
PSLE Exam, Photo-taking scheduling, collate data, distribute items
to classes and K1 orientation etc
3. Assist department heads to conduct half-yearly inventory checks.
4. Assist and support Teacher-Chefs and Programme Co-ordinator on
the Gastro activities and lessons.
5. Conduct half-yearly inventory check in Gastro Lab.
6. Upkeep the cleanliness and inventories in Gastro Lab
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel
and Powerpoint).
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good customer
service skills.
9. Ability to multi-task and flexible to the school operational needs and
demands.
10. Any other duties assigned by the Admin Manager and the School
Leaders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,600.00 per month
