Our clients include local listed and private companies, as well as multinational companies from the United States, Europe and throughout Asia engaged in various industries. These include financial services such as REITS, foreign banks and insurance, technology, manufacturing, energy, logistics and consumer goods.

We are looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our team.

The role involves:

  • Accurate updating of resourcing needs for various assignments on a centralised platform and Excel sheets for compilation of data
  • Maintain understanding of the clients in the business unit and their respective requirements
  • Maintain log of interests and preferences of professional staff
  • Propose assigned professionals with availability to engagements that align with their skills, professional goals, and/or staffing preferences
  • Manage resource requests for the business unit by validating requirements, searching for candidates, and presenting candidates for consideration
  • Close adherence to staffing policies and guidelines while working on the proposed plan
  • Coordination of logistics for staff training
  • Assistance with leave administration
  • Communicating with professionals on updates on engagements allocation and leave charting arrangements
  • Communicating with various stakeholders to manage conflicts for resourcing needs
  • Assist with extraction of staffing data and provide analysis of trends, forecast, opportunities for improvement, and area of concern
  • Assist with the assignment of buddies to help provide a smooth onboarding and first employment experience to the new hired professional staff
  • Escalate staffing situations to BU Resource Managers as appropriate
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as requested by BU Resource Managers

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Keen interests in interaction with people to find out more details about the resourcing needs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks appropriately
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Inquisitive and proactive in resolving problems
  • Experience in resource planning or audit is preferred
