The Role Responsibilities: As a ResourcingRelationshipManager &ndash Technology, Transformation & Operations(TTO) you will: * Act as resourcing champion and be accountable for delivering resourcing needs of the business * Create skills based The Role Responsibilities: As a ResourcingRelationshipManager - Technology, Transformation & Operations(TTO) you will: Act as resourcing champion and be accountable for delivering resourcing needs of the business Create skills based holistic view of talent pools Drive consultative and data driven work-force planning, location strategy and hiring decisions Drive cutting edge best practices to deliver works-class hiring experience for our candidates, managers and teams Look for opportunities within our talent attraction & selection process to be scientific, effective and fast-paced and drive the key strategic projects like Employee Value proposition, Internal mobility etc. Measure impact and KPI and ensure its alignment to business goals to deliver innovative solutions for our resourcing challenges across funnel Partner and create strong network with the resourcing delivery team, local and global HR business partners, other HR Subject matter expertise functions, business leaders and external stakeholders to deliver resourcing requirements and drive existing and new change initiatives You will have skills that help you deliver Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, controls andstandards. Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
