Summary / Objective
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving financial goals. He/She is in charge of the overall responsibility for the profitability of the outlet. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and manage staff, providing ongoing coaching and development
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and liquor licensing requirements
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
