Job Description
- Basic up to $7000
- 5 days work week
- 3pm - 12am / 4pm - 1am
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Supporting, motivating and developing a team of 3 HOD\'s in their day to day roles
- Ensuring that our guest experiences are at the highest level reflected by feedback and our online reviews
- Full P&L responsibility, target setting and managing of budgets
- Pro-actively driving revenue through activations and events
- Development of the offer and moving the offer with current market trends
- Ensuring that building upkeep and maintenance are to the highest level
- Ensuring the team are led with a clear direction and goals with clear KPIs
- Full responsibility of the the health and safety of our team and guests
- Strong knowledge set for food, drink and service
- Min 4 years managerial experience in Restaurant and Bar
