Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service during shifts
Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to uphold high service standards
Greet and seat guests, ensuring excellent customer experience
Coordinate table assignments and manage reservations and walk-ins
Take and relay orders accurately; ensure timely food and beverage delivery
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff are updated on menu items, specials, and promotions
Monitor cleanliness, table setup, and compliance with hygiene standards
Assist with staff training and onboarding of new team members
Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow
Oversee billing, payments, and closing duties
Support inventory checks and report shortages of supplies when necessary.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Captain / Supervisor or senior service role
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and POS systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
