Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Chef in the food preparation and cooking of meals
- Prepare and cook various food items according to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s quality and cost requirements
- Ensure the freshness and quality of food items
- Perform kitchen tasks according to kitchen task cycle and instructions from the Outlet Chef or respective
- Complete mise-en-place when required
- Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the kitchen
- Understand and ensure complies with the mandatory food safety and hygiene standards and
- Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Chef
- Demonstrate ability to work as a team
- Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
- WSQ Food and Hygiene is an advantage
- Monday to Friday
