where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our restaurant. We are seeking a dedicated candidate who can maintain high standards and create a positive environment for both employees and guests.





Key Responsibilities:



Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain the highest quality of service. Proactively respond to and resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Train new staff on bar standards and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support their personal development. Monitor and ensure all service staff adhere to the appropriate grooming and hygiene standards. Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operating properly, in compliance with SFA standards; promptly report any issues to management. Collaborate with management on supply ordering, cost control, floor efficiency, and staffing needs. Assist with the company's expansion plans and initiatives.
