Responsibilities: * Assist the Restaurant Manager in certain aspects of restaurant operations * Carry out duties assigned to him/her by the restaurant manger * Ability in handling customers f Responsibilities : Assist the Restaurant Manager in certain aspects of restaurant operations Carry out duties assigned to him/her by the restaurant manger Ability in handling customers feedback and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant dining area Manage staff discipline, presentation and performance Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Requirements : Minimum Diploma in Food and Beverage Management Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry Able to perform spilt shift and work on weekends/public holidays PC literate, well organized and self-motivated Have initiative and hardworking with positive attitude to learn and contribute Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in English and Mandarin to interact with customers
