Job Scope
:
Runnning of daily operations by supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Handle the recruitment and training of new staff.
Create weekly duty rosters to ensure sufficient staffing for daily operations.
Drive sales through effective operational execution.
Ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
Deliver excellent customer service, handle queries & complaints professionally.
Requirements
:
Min 3 years of experience prefably as a restaurant / area manager at a restaurant or bistro settings.
Must have food and hygience cerfiticate.
Must be comfortable to work shifts/weekends and PH.
