Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef in restaurant\'s opening and achieve business goal set by the management
- Responsible to develop the team, service standards, schedule planning, payroll and more
- Maintain food\'s quality and service level
- Plan manpower efficiently to optimize business and service coverage
- Implement and conduct training for the staffs
- Handle customer\'s feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating plans for diners
- Ensure all staffs adhere to company\'s SOP all the time
- Perform cashiering duties, daily opening and closing
- Prepare sales report for the management
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
- A professional education certification in F&B related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role from Omakase or Fine Dining concept restaurant
- Independent, good leadership skills
- Excellent communicator, operational oriented, an executor
- Candidate with prior experience in set up new restaurant are encouraged to apply
