Restaurant Manager & Chef (Japanese Yakiniku Restaurant)

We are looking for a

Restaurant Manager & Chef

to lead the operation of our Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant.


The restaurant features

counter seats on the first floor

where guests can enjoy solo dining, and

table seating on the second floor

for families and groups.


In this role, you will oversee

both restaurant management and kitchen operations

, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.


Our company also operates an

izakaya, sushi restaurant, and bar

located next to the yakiniku outlet, providing an exciting environment that encourages teamwork and communication across multiple venues.


We are seeking a passionate leader who can bring out the best in our team and elevate the restaurant to the next level with creativity, teamwork, and dedication.


Key Responsibilities



Oversee overall restaurant operations Prepare and cook yakiniku menu items Manage and train staff members Communicate and coordinate with other restaurants within the group

Requirements



Experience in cooking at a yakiniku restaurant Experience as a restaurant or outlet manager Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
