Responsible for the smooth running of our Restaurant front line & Kitchen.
Manage the restaurant operations including sales, operating expenses, costing, outlet profitability and kitchen operations.
Responsible for menu planning, inventory management, ordering supplies, oversee inventory, stock control, and ensuring that supplies are used efficiently to minimize waste.
Supervise, train and oversee front house crews & kitchen crews.
Responsible for staff scheduling and labour cost control.
Educational background doesn't matter. Experience is more important.
At least 10 years relevant experience in Western or Italian cuisine with strong knowledge and skills in hand made pizzas, pastas and grills.
At have at least 2 years experience in leading a restaurant team.
Ensure consistency in the food preparation and presentation.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure that the full restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve issues quickly and effectively.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure delivery of quality customer service.
Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement in food products and services.
