Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service, both in the front-of-house and back-of-house.

Staff Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, kitchen staff, and other restaurant personnel. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.

Customer Service Excellence:

Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that guests are greeted warmly, their needs are met, and any issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Ordering:

Manage inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure stock is properly rotated. Control food and beverage costs while maintaining the quality of products.

Financial Management:

Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profit margins. Implement cost-control measures and optimize profitability without compromising quality.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all food safety, health, and safety regulations, including cleanliness, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Marketing & Promotions:

Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive business and attract new customers.

Event Coordination:

Oversee special events, private bookings, and group reservations to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

Address any guest complaints, service issues, or employee concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry at least 4 years preferred. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally. Proficiency in restaurant management software. A degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
