About the Role


Lead the team at Shin Katsu, a premier Tonkatsu and Japanese dining destination. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all operations, mentor staff, and drive wine & sake sales while delivering top-notch Japanese hospitality.


Your Responsibilities


Oversee daily FOH & BOH operations and ensure smooth service

Lead, train, and mentor staff in Japanese dining etiquette & wine knowledge


Recommend, upsell, and organize wine & sake events


Manage inventory, costs, sales reports, and operational performance


Develop promotions, seasonal menus, and wine-pairing experiences


Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care


You Should Have


Professional Certificate or equivalent


5 years' restaurant management experience (Japanese cuisine preferred)


Strong wine & sake knowledge; WSET certification a plus


Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


Food safety certification an advantage


Non-smokers preferred


Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays


Employment Details


Salary: SGD $4,000 - $4,500/month


Work Week: 5.5 days, shift-based including weekends & PH


Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
