Oversee smooth daily operations on shifts.
Uphold standards of punctuality, grooming, and uniform compliance.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness according to company guidelines.
Manage outlet systems, schedules, payroll, and inventory.
Foster a positive culture for both staff and customers.
Maintain a clean and organised cafe space.
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.
Guide and mentor staff to maintain SOPs.
Solve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Supervise FOH duties including ordering, serving, greeting guests, and POS operations.
Handle opening and closing procedures.
Identify and report work hazards, inconsistencies, and machine breakdowns.
Be the
role model of service excellence
during your shift.
Oversee hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
Manage appraisals and performance reviews for the outlet.
