Restaurant Manager (Thai Cuisine)

Working day: 6 days per week | 10am -10pm (Shift break 2:30pm - 4:30pm)

Salary: $2,500 - $4,000

Location: Bugis

: As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Job scope:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees.
• Create staff schedules and ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards and customer preferences.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage restaurant finances, including creating budgets and tracking expenses.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profits.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
