Restaurant Manager (Thai Cuisine)
Working day: 6 days per week | 10am -10pm (Shift break 2:30pm - 4:30pm)
Salary: $2,500 - $4,000

: As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.
Job scope:
Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees.
Create staff schedules and ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed.
Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards and customer preferences.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage restaurant finances, including creating budgets and tracking expenses.
Monitor and analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase profits.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
