Job Responsibilities:



To oversee restaurant operations and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency. Analyze financial performance to formulate, develop and implement plans to improve sales and profitability of the Company. Monitor, measure and report on restaurant development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staffs. Able to manage all controllable and uncontrollable expenditure of the assigned outlet within the Company's directions. Ensure quality of food, quality of customer service and cleanliness of the outlet and maintained consistently at all times.

Requirements:



High energy and a strong passion for Food & Beverage operation Leadership with strong influential and coaching skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications Possess resilience, initiative and positive attitude to get things done Analytical, resourceful and results-oriented Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results Able to communicate and present ideas across Good planning, organizing and time management skills * Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different levels of people
